SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We are always working hard to make sure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Most orders placed Mon-Saturday are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or (most) holidays, but will be sent out the following working day. We greatly appreciate your patience through this process. Please be advised, that cancellations MUST be requested the day you placed your order, if you place an order on Friday and chose to cancel your order, you must notify us within 1 hour after placing your order. Orders placed on Friday's may go out the same day. If you no longer want your order and it is already in transit, you would have to wait to receive it and contact us within the 7-day window to request a return (Please read Return & Exchange Policy Below)

We provide free USPS First-class shipping on all U.S orders

Please be sure to double check your shipping address prior to placing your order. If package goes to the incorrect provided address, we will not be responsible to replace your package.

If you prefer to get your package sent with overnight shipping instead, please email us at sales@shopusstamps.com to make those arrangements prior to ordering. You will be responsible for the difference in shipping rates.

After you place your order you will receive an email with your order confirmation and within 24 hours you will receive another email with your tracking number. If you fail to receive any of the two confirmation emails, please feel free to email us at sales@shopusstamps.com. We will be happy to resend a copy of your confirmation email(s).

Packages typically go out within 1-2 business days. If orders are placed on the weekend, they will go out the following business day, which is Monday.

For larger orders you may be required to sign for your package, so please lookout for the details in your tracking confirmation notification to make sure you are present at the time or delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, we will be happy to assist you with either store credit or a full refund. In order to initiate the return and/or exchange process, please email us so we can provide specific instructions. We do NOT offer any returns and/or exchange until we receive the product back in the same condition that it was sent. If item is damaged during shipment, we would still need the item to be sent back so we can properly investigate the issue.
All returns and or exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your package. There will be no refunds and/or exchange after this time period. Our return/exchange policies are as follows;

You must email us with your concerns regarding your purchase at sales@shopusstamps.com. We will provide you with the return/refund/exchange instructions. DO NOT send back package without contacting us first.

You must contact us about any damaged or defective item within 2 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. We offer multiple solutions when your order is not right. We may require a photo and/or the original item to be returned during the resolution process.

If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our returns center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or change for a replacement unit.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee's and it MUST be mailed with a tracking number.

Returns must be mailed within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise MUST be in original packaging, unused and sealed as you received it. Once your package is received, we will process a refund or provide you store credit for another purchase.
